New Delhi, which will also host the Junior World Cup (Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun) in September-October this year, will host the prestigious World Cup leg in all three disciplines next year. The dates will be announced in due course, the ISSF said, announcing the calendar for the pivotal 2026-27 season.

Last October, the season-ending elite World Cup Final was held at the Karni Singh Ranges in New Delhi. Prior to the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, India hosted the ISSF World Cup in pistol/ rifle and shotgun.
The ISSF also revealed that Cairo and Daegu will host the 2027 World Championships, which will also be a qualifying event for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
The World Championship in Rifle and Pistol will take place in Daegu, South Korea, nine years after Changwon organized the major competition. After welcoming the international shooting community to Seoul in 1978, Korea will host the World Championships for the third time.

In 2027, Daegu will also host the ISSF World Cup Final.
The 2027 Shotgun World Championship will be held in Cairo. World Cup rifle and pistol competitions were held in the city between 2022 and 2024.
