Virendra Sehwag Criticizes Ban On Firecrackers During Diwali Celebration

New Delhi: Former Indian Cricketer Virendra Sehwag, has strongly criticized the ban on fire crackers during Diwali festival.

Sehwag on his twitter wrote, "Firecrackers are banned during Diwali but yesterday in parts of India there were firecrackers to celebrate Pakistan's victory".

He also wrote, "Achha they must have been celebrating victory of cricket. Toh , what's the harm in fireworks on Diwali. Hypocrisy kyun ,Saara gyaan tab hi yaad aata hai".

India pacer Mohammed Shami is being subjected to online abuse following the men in blue's 10-wicket loss to Pakistan in T20 World Cup on Sunday night. As soon as the match ended, the anguished fans took to the social media sites and passed derogatory comments on the India pacer. Not only Shami, other Indian bowlers too were failed to put any pressure on Pakistan. Shami bowled 3.5 overs in the match and conceded 43 runs, following which one user even wrote that there are Pakistanis in Team India too.

Meanwhile, taking to the micro-blogging site twitter, AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi has given a statement in support of Mohammed Shami. He has said that he is being targeted because he is a Muslim. Owaisi has said that fast bowler Mohammed Shami is being targeted after yesterday's India Pakistan match. This shows how much hatred has increased in the country. There are 11 players in the team and one Muslim player is being targeted by these people. Who is spreading it?
