2 old women recovered in Sui-Rupai forest area

Tezpur, Nov 18: Sensation prevail on Friday night at Missamari area under Missamari police station in Sonitpur district following recovery of two old women in the midst of Sui-Rupai forest area.  According to sources, forest officials in their schedule monitoring march, noticed two old women in a vulnerable condition at Gelgili Forest camp, 7 km away from Kalamati Forest Ranger Office of Sui-Rupai reserve forest and later, the duo were brought at the camp. When they were quizzed about their identification by the forest staff, one of the women said that her me was Lakhiya Rajbor (55), wife of Hiralal Rajbor, resident of Silghat, Bidopi Chapori village near the Shiva Temple and other woman was too feeble to say anything clearly. Later, the women were handed over to Missamari Police and considering the physical condition of the women, Missamari Police admitted them to Tezpur Kaklata Civil Hospital, sources said.
