MARGHERITA, Feb 20: Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Chatra Parishad  (AJYCP) Margherita Regiol Committee has condemned and criticized the alleged hooliganism by Congress workers who on Friday took out a protest rally at Pengree against a jourlist and even allegedly threatened and burnt the effigy of Robin Moran, a senior jourlist of an Assamese daily working at Pengree under Margherita subdivision.

Salil Neog and Kanchan Bora, president and general secretary, said that jourlists were the fourth pillar of democracy hence they had the freedom to write any news with proper evidence. Robin Moran allegedly wrote a news story about 124 no.
