Army converts Golmagaon High School into model school

UDALGURI, August 10: The Indian Army under their Sadabhava project has turned the traditiol classrooms of Golmagaon High School in Udalguri district into smart class rooms installing projector and other equipments.

Gopal Chetry, the headmaster of Golmagaon High School, conveyed his gratitude to the renowned persolities of the locality and also the Indian Army who assisted the school authority. Lt. General D Ambu, the GOC of 4 corps Tezpur, expressed his satisfaction over the functioning of the school and also the development of children through their classes. The GOC also felicitated Chandramohan Chetry, the first School Maging Committee chairman, Kuber Chandra Chetry and Biy Kumar Daimary and the best student of 2016 of the school, Bhupen Bhattarai.

Ripen Daimary, the MCLA of 39 Bhairabkunda constituency, bin Chandra Boro, the Inspector of Schools, Udalguri, Sadha Hojai, the Deputy Commissioner, and Rakesh Roushan, the SP of Udalguri were also present on the opening ceremony of Sadabhava Project at Army BTC Goodwill School, Golmagaon.
