JOYSAGAR, May 5: Brihattar Asomiya Yuba Mancha (BAYM) Sivasagar district committee conferred the prestigious Rangpur Sanskritic Bota on veteran Assamese actor Bishnu Kharghoria on Saturday during the Kendriya Rongali Bihu Sanmilan-2018 organized by BAYM in the KPM hall premises of Sivasagar town.
