GOLAGHAT, April 23: An awareness programme of IGNOU was held at DR College of Golaghat recently. In this regard, a meeting was held under the presidentship of Dr. Putul Chandra Saikia, the Principal of DR College where Dr. Anil Chandra Bora, the director of Jorhat Regional IGNOU centre, took part as chief guest. In his speech, Dr Anil Chandra Bora said that distance education had been able to bring special changes in the education system in the present scenario.
