Diphu, September 29: A day-long awareness programme for community people, parents and teacher swas organixed at Jata Hindi LP School on Tuesday. The programme was specially organized to create awareness among the students and guardians about disabled children with special needs.
The programme was organized by Langsomepi Education Block. Bhadreswar Hazarika,
Headmaster of Sunpura LP School and Nirmali Ronghangpi, Block Mission Coorditor Langsomepi Education Block attended and addressed the programme. During her speech she appealed to all parents who had physically disabled children to bring them to school and avail government facility.
More than 200 parents and teachers and over 50 disabled children were present.
