Dibrugarh, July 4: Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), a central public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, is GST- compliant with effect from July 1 in all its business transactions. The company having its main petrochemical complex here at Lepetkata, will comply with the new set of rules and regulations in respect of issue of invoices and receipts of payment. BCPL Marketing Department has already generated its first invoice under GST regime on July 3, a BCPL press communiqué revealed.
