BCPL observes Oil and Gas Conservation Fortnight

Dibrugarh, Jan 24: Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited is observing the Oil and Gas Conservation Fortnight from January 16 to January 31 at Lepetkata, in-line with Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), under Ministry of Petroleum and tural Gas, Government of India.

In order to generate awareness among BCPL employees and associated people in the locality about the urgency of conserving petroleum products and energy, BCPL organized a walking rally from BCPL Township, Barbaruah to BCPL Plant Site, Lepetkata through Barbaruah market, on Monday morning.

Maging Director, BCPL, A K Singh,   Chief Operating Officer, BCPL, Ajay Tripathi, GM-O&M Reep Hazarika  along with BCPL employees and CISF cadres joined the rally with posters and slogans about usefulness of oil and gas conservation. The rally, in which about 100 employees of BCPL and CISF personnel participated, concluded with an address by A K Singh on the necessity of oil and gas conservation in all spheres of life in the present scerio.
