DEMOW, May 25: The activists of Thowra Mandal Youth Congress burnt the effigy of Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal on Thursday evening at Demow Chariali in protest against arrest of Hiranya Bhuyan, president of Assam Pradesh Youth Congress in Tinsukia Dhola. The Thowra Mandal Youth Congress activists shouted various slogans against rendra Modi and the BJP-led government.
