SHILLONG, Aug 27: The District Legal Services Authority, South West Khasi Hills District Mawkyrwat, in collaboration with the Meghalaya State Legal Services Authority felicitated Diningroy Marwein as the best Para Legal Volunteer 2015 at a function held today at the Multipurpose Hall D.C. Complex, Mawkyrwat. Addressing the gathering as the Chief Guest, Rowell Lyngdoh, Deputy Chief Minister of Meghalaya expressed his happiness to associate himself in a programme and he lauded the awardee for bringing legal awareness and legal aid to all section of society in the areas through his hard work, sincerity and dedication.
