Dibrugarh, June 22: The Dibrugarh Town Committee members of All Assam Minorities Students’ Union (AAMSU) recently organized a special community Iftar ceremony here at Panch Ali, near NH 37.
Around 1,000 people from all sections of the society including representatives of various organizations came together, who took part in the Iftar ceremony, and offered their prayers. Stating the event as an example of religions unity and brotherhood , the president of AAMSU , Tanwir Ahmed Khan, in a press communication, expressed his gratitude to all religion and class of people for extending their help and cooperation in organizing this religious ceremony.
