Golaghat, February 12: The Congress emerged victorious in Golaghat as it won 10 out of 13 wards to form the Golaghat Town Committee. Wards No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11 went to the Congress while Wards No. 9, 10, and 11 went to the BJP.
