Itagar, Jan 19: In order to maintain and beautify the assets along the tiol Highway and sector roads of Holongi-Banderdewa stretch, a meeting under the chairmanship of DC, Itagar Capital Complex Mige Kamki was held here on Monday.
The meeting sought support of the Panchayat leaders within the Capital Complex to make the mission a success.
The panchayat leaders expressed their concern over handing over of 50 mtrs of land on either side of NH52A within the Panchayat jurisdiction to Itagar Municipal Council for avenue plantation.
Kamki informed that order has been given to proper maintence of fencing, OBT houses and structures around 50 mtr along both sides of tiol Highway from Holongi to Banderdewa.
The PR leaders present at the meeting assured to conduct meeting at Gram Panchayat level for the beautification and maintence of assets along the stretch.
