CHAPAR, Jan 7: A new executive body of the Dhubri district committee of All Koch Rajbongshi Students’ Union was formed on Tuesday in a meeting held at Phutkibari here with Debkumar Roy as president, Dhanjay Roy as general secretary, Anta Roy as assistant secretary and Chandan Roy as fince secretary.
