Tezpur, Sept 5: The Election Department launched ERO-Net application in the State, including in Sonitpur district. ERO-Net application has been launched in the State as required under the Election Commission of India’s new IT initiatives. The application simplifies the process of registration and deletion of voters, filing of objections and claims by making it online.
Monoj Kumar Deka, Deputy Commissioner, Sonitpur said, “Most of the people are quite uware of the range of new schemes and to create awareness, various awareness programmes are being organized by the district administration.”
