MORIGAON, August 31: Heman Das took charge as Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Morigaon on Wednesday. He was the Director of tiol Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM), Guwahati, before he joined as Deputy Commissioner in Morigaon. He also served as the Project Director in the Morigaon District Rural Development Agency (DRDA).
