MORIGAON, April 9: In connection with accidents due to electrocution in Morigaon district, retired Justice HN Sarma visited Morigaon on Monday. He investigated the accident cases under the one-man enquiry commission which took place since April 1, 2017 either due to fault of the electricity department or electrocution due to carelessness.
