GUWAHATI, Dec 12: The 26th All Assam Junior Ranking Tennis Tourment started today at the NETF Courts with a glittering opening ceremony. The tourment was iugurated by Director of Sports and Youth welfare Pabitraram Khound. The NETF today felicitated Umesh Kumar, DG Assam Police, who is also a former tennis player. Altogether 260 players from different parts of Assam are participating in this six day long tourment. The fils are slated to be held on December 17.
