Donkamokam, June 12: A hardcore KPLT cadre, who was identified as Deven Tisso (22), was killed on Saturday evening at Kollonga in West Karbi Anglong district in an encounter with police. A 7.66mm pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from his possession.
