DIPHU, Jan 1: Ashok Teron, Executive Member (EM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) i.c, Health and Family Welfare iugurated the paying
cabin block at Diphu Civil Hospital in presence of Bidya Sing Rongpi, EM, KAAC in Karbi Anglong on Thursday.
In this connection, a public meeting was held. Addressing the meeting, the EM said that his department is trying its best to provide best modern services to the people.
It is our property and it is everybody’s responsibility to keep it clean and safe and with the establishment of this rooms the cabin seekers problem will be solved to a great extent, Teron added.
Bidya Sing Rongpi, EM, KAAc in his speech assured the people free flow of water in Diphu Civil Hospital in a very short span of time.
The new paying cabin building has seven rooms including VVIP rooms, suit rooms and deluxe room and those who wants to avail the cabin facility has to pay a rent of Rs. 2000, Rs. 1500 and Rs. 1250 respectively for their one day use .
The iuguration ceremony was also attended by Dr. Kareng Rongpipi , Joint Director, Health and Family Welfare, Karbi Anglong, Dr. kul Shyam, Superintendent , Diphu Civil Hospital and Dr. Borsing Rongpi, District Malaria Officer.
