GUWAHATI, April 17: The 126 th Birth anniversary of Bharat Rat Dr. B.R. Ambedkar was observed in the NF Railway Headquarters complex, Maligaon on Monday. All the officers and staff members were present on the occasion for paying floral tribute to Dr. BR Ambedkar. Chahatey Ram, General Mager, N.F.Railway iugurated the programme by lighting the iugural lamp and addressed the officials present.
