Dimapur (galand), June 14: The tiol Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday filed a supplementary charge sheet against three members of the banned terrorist group tiol Socialist Council galand (Khaplang faction) NSCN (K) in a special NIA court in Dimapur on Tuesday.
Accused - saka I Kinny and Atoshe- were armed cadres of NSCN (K) who had attacked a Assam Rifles personnel in march, 2015 in Kohima. All the members of the proscribed group has been booked under sections 120 B, 302, 307, 326 of the IPC, section 25 (1) of the RMS Act and sections 16, 18, 20, 23 of UA (P) act.
The first chargesgheet in this regard was filed on 23 November, 2015 against the three accused. The case pertains to firing at the Indiara Gandhi Satduim, Kohima, in which one of the Assam Rifles personnel was killed and three were injured, in an attack by NSCN Cadres. (ANI)
