Shillong, July 14: The police are yet to trace a man – Ricky Marweiñ (34) – abducted from Nongjri area in South West Khasi Hills district by suspected Bangladeshi miscreants on 8th July. Reports suggest that Marweiñ may have been taken to Bangladesh by the miscreants. Meanwhile, on Friday, Joint Action Committee (JAC) of four villages in South West Khasi Hills took out a rally on in protest against the recent abduction cases in the district.
