Guwahati, Feb 25: SBI LIFE presented a cheque of Rs 30,00,000 lakh under its CSR activity to Deepsikha for the mantainence of its Sishu Asray Sthal, a home for cancer afflicted children, for the year 2018-19 on Sunday.
At a simple function organized at the children’s open air theatre at Deepsikha, president of marketing zone3 Ravinder Kumar said the organization is willing to support towards an effective cancer control programme in the Northeastern region of India. Regiol Director of Northeast Sharrad Dhakkate assured Deepsikha of continued support towards the mantainence of the Sishu Ashray Sthal along with supporting the other activities of Deepsikha, a press release stated.
