Chirang, January 17: The Jwhwlao Dwimalu Academy was iugurated at Karigaon in Kokrajhar district recently. Derhasat Basumatary, EM BTC, attended the programme as chief guest. He motivated the students to work hard for a better future. Rajendra th Brahma, secretary of Bodo Sahitya Sabha and Taneswar Basumatary, vice–president of Kokrajhar district Gudi Bathou Afat, took part as guests of honour. In the programme, Derhasat Basumatary handed over the appointment letters to the Principal of the school, Amal Basumatary along with nine teaching staff and one non–teaching staff.
