GOLAGHAT (Dhekial), Sept 30: The Department of Accountancy of Golaghat Commerce College in collaboration with Assam Chambers of Commerce organized a two-day UGC sponsored tiol semir titled ‘Rural Fincing in North Eastern Region of India; Issues and Challenges’ on September 27 and 28. The principal of the college Dr Jatindra th Saikia welcomed the research scholars and students participating from various colleges and universities.
