GUWAHATI, May 17: Sivasagar entered into the semi fil of the Umanda Bora Memorial U-13 Cricket tourment defeating Tezpur by a huge margin of 94 runs at the Nehru stadium here today. Elected to bat Sivasagar scored 127-8 in 25 overs. Minhaz Wamim Ahmed (48) and Pallab Jyoti Gogoi (25) were the major contributors for the team.Tezpur bowled out paltry 33 runs as seven batsmen of them failed to open their account thanks to a magnificent bowling from Rajdeep Handique (5-12). In the other match of the day Jorhat beat Karimganj by 26 runs.
