JORHAT, Oct 11: At least three persons, including a minor girl, were hurt in an accident near Baghchung under Jorhat police station on Tuesday night, said police. According to police, a Maruti car travelling from Jorhat town to Titabor lost control and hit a wayside tree on the busy -Ali Road at around 9 pm. Two elderly persons and their grandchild received serious injury and were rushed to the Jorhat Medical College and Hospital in a critical condition, but doctors on duty from the JMCH stated that all three are now out of danger. Police later seized the Maruti car.
