DHUBRI, July 21:A hardcore rebel, belonging to Kamtapur Liberation Organization (KLO) , surrendered before the Dhubri Superintendent of Police (SP) Mridulanda Sarma today with arms. The surrendered rebel handed over one pistol, two gredes, five kilograms of explosives , two detotors along with a huge quantity ammunition. The surrendered rebel has been identified as Lakhi Barman (28) of Tarabari village under Tamulpur police station in Baksa district.
