Itagar, March 1: Security forces today arrested two persons from harlagun railway station for travelling without train tickets and inner line permit.
A team of GRPF and IRBn personnel arrested bur Ali and Man Bahadur Sor after checking on their arrival at the station by harlagun-Guwahati Inter-City Express, district tourism officer T K Kopak informed.
Both the persons were travelling without ticket and ILPs, he said.
While Ali hails from Borpeta in Assam, Sor is from Gohpur in Assam’s Sonitpur district. They were handed over to hralagun police station for further investigation, Kopak added.
