TANGLA, March 23: A truck loaded with iron scrap lost control and turned turtle at Mangaldai-Bhutiachang road in Bishnupur area under Mangaldai PS of Darrang on Thursday early morning.
The mini-truck AS01 DD 4113 was on way to Rangia when the truck driver lost control of the vehicle and it overturned, said a traffic in-charge. Though the driver escaped unhurt, his helper Tinku Das sustained minor injuries. Police also found out that the truck was overloaded.
