Mein said that health and education are the priority sectors of the present Government and all efforts are being taken up to strengthen these sectors. He further said it was a genuine demand of local people for infrastructure development of newly upgraded CHC which fulfilled today and patients of CHC Chowkham will be immensely benefited. Namsai Deputy Commissioner Dr Tapasya Raghav in her speech said government and District Administration are equally concern over the issues like infrastructure development, shortage of doctors, para medical staffs and the like, while stating that the most important part was to ensure effective service delivery to the needy people of the area.
