ITANAGAR, June 22: Students Union Movement of All Arunachal (SUMAA) in letter to the Daporijo District Deputy Commissioner has sought immediate intervention on the rampant rise of mentally challenged people in the township on Friday. The union in the letter stated that due to the lack of care from family and no separate hospital for the mentally challenged the school going kids are being harassed unintentionally.
