DHUBRI: On a tip-off, 100 cartons of OWNREX cough syrup (restricted) were recovered at Naldoba, Rowmari Pt II village with the help of Chapar Police of Dhubri district. This large quantity of cough syrup has an approximate market value of around Rs 16,00,000.
