TINSUKIA: The 68th foundation day of Bodo Sahitya Sabha will be held at Chapakhowa (Sadiya) in Tinsukia district on November 15 and November 16 under the joint aegis of Tinsukia Zilla and Sadiya Anchalik committees, informed Nakul Chandra Khaklari, president Tinsukia district committee.
