GUWAHATI: The 9th annual general meeting of NF Railway Mazdoor Union's headquarter ladies branch is slated to be held on March 6 and 7 at Maligaon. The organization is also going to celebrate the International Women's Day on March 8 at Maligaon in a befitting manner. On March 8, renowned Assamese film, stage and television actor Chetana Das and writer and social activist Dr Rupa Deka Patar will grace the occasion. On March 6, the branch will pay a grand tribute to Late Rakhal Dasgupta, former general secretary of NF Railway Mazdoor Union and president of All India Railwaymen's Federation, stated a press release.
