JOYSAGAR: Dr. Nahendra Padun, litterateur, former general secretary of the Axom Xahitya Xabha 1992 conference and retired professor of Joysagar College, was felicitated at his residence recently by the Mising Autonomous Council vice-chairman and TMPK executive committee members.
Dr. Padun is undergoing treatment for some ailment and the delegation went to his residence and handed him Rs 50,000 as aid from the Mising Autonomous Council.
