TANGLA: Maintaining social distancing norms, the Udalguri chapter of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Thursday observed the 72nd foundation day as National Students' Day in Udalguri town. The programme initiated with ABVP flag hoisting by president of Udalguri chapter, Milan Bhattarai, while senior Vishwa Hindu Parishad member of Udalguri district, Barumal Agarwal lit the earthen lamp.
