Silchar : Three leading colleges of Silchar got new in-charge principals. Bibhas Deb, who was the principal of the GC College as well as the in-charge principal of Cachar College, had recently been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Maharaja Bir Bikram University of Tripura. The Directorate of Higher Education had appointed Apratim Nag as the in-charge principal of GC College and Ratan Das for the Cachar College for three months. Both Nag and Das had already assumed their offices on Thursday. Meanwhile, Debashish Roy, the outgoing principal of Radha Madhab College had handed over the charge to Arundhati Dutta Choudhury.
