GOLAGHAT: Minister of Agriculture Atul Bora visited Swahid Kamala Miri Civil Hospital, Bokakhat on the first day of Swathya Sewa Utsav 2.0 on Tuesday. The minister was accompanied by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Bokakhat, Chimi Karan. The Minister of Agriculture visited the hospital as an external evaluator and inspected the external departments, laboratories, infrastructure, various wards, operating rooms, medicine wards, interaction with patients, etc. and discussed with the hospital authorities to collective improvement of the hospital.
The Swathya Sewa Utsav 2.0 is an evaluation of government hospitals with the aim of ensuring overall improvement and quality health services. The quality assurance process of a total of 1261 hospitals will be completed on November 22. Swathya Sewa Utsav 2.0 will be conducted at 51 medical centers in Golaghat district.
