NUMALIGARH: The first impact of a changing lifestyle is often reflected in the form of various health-related issues. To reduce physical deterioration and promote well-being, it is essential to remain conscious about daily dietary habits. Emphasizing this crucial aspect, an awareness meeting was organized at the Outpatient Department (OPD) of Vivekananda Kendra NRL Hospital.

The session focused on the importance of maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet to prevent lifestyle-related diseases. Ranjan Kalita, a food expert from the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, addressed the gathering and highlighted key dietary practices that should be incorporated into daily life.

The awareness programme aimed to educate people on how small but consistent changes in eating habits can significantly improve overall health and reduce the risk of chronic illnesses.
