DEMOW: After the State Government announced weekend lockdown every Saturday and Sunday in town committee and municipal areas due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on Saturday all business establishments remain closed in Demow and surrounding areas. Vehicles did not ply on the road. Demow Police were seen patrolling in Demow Chariali on Saturday, which was the first day of the weekend lockdown.
