Assam: Raijor Dal opens election office in Bokakhat

The first election office was inaugurated on Thursday in Uttar Mahura and Dihjai Panchayats under the Bokakhat subdivision.

BOKAKHAT: The first election office was inaugurated on Thursday in Uttar Mahura and Dihjai Panchayats under the Bokakhat subdivision. With the upcoming Panchayat elections drawing near, election campaigning is in full swing across the region. Various party workers are making every possible effort to secure victories for their respective candidates.

In this context, candidates, contesting for the 3 No. Mahura Zila Parishad seat under the Bokakhat Legislative Constituency, have also intensified their campaigns. As part of the effort, the election office for Raijor Dal’s candidate Nripen Morang was inaugurated today at Bartal Chariali by Jibon Chandra Bora, President of Raijor Dal’s Bokakhat Legislative Constituency. Nripen Morang, supported by the Assam Jatiya Parishad, has in recent days remained close to the people, raising his voice on issues concerning education, sports, health, and transportation in the area. He has already carried out a door-to-door campaign across the 3 No. Mahura Zila Parishad constituency. During the inauguration of the office at Bartal Chariali, the candidate noted the strong support he has received from the people and urged everyone to vote for the gas cylinder symbol in support of progress and development.
