Assam: Royal Enfield Scram 440 Launched at Singh’s Ride Showroom in Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: The Royal Enfield Scram 440 was launched at various locations in India, including the Royal Enfield Singh’s Ride showroom in Begnakhuwa, Golaghat. The inauguration ceremony was graced by dignitaries Harpreet Singh Kalshi, Gurjeet Singh, Mandeep Singh, Samarjeet Sagu, and Amandeep Singh, who unveiled the bike. The event received a warm welcome from the attendees, followed by a cake-cutting ceremony by Harpreet Singh Kalshi, Gurjeet Singh, and Mandeep Singh. The program’s initial proceedings were hosted by Amit Nagori. The event saw the presence of Kanwaljeet Singh, Sarabjeet Kaur, customers, sales and servicing teams, and biker groups. Tasreef Hussain shared detailed insights into the bike’s features.

Key Features of the Bike the Scram 440 boasts several upgrades, including a larger engine, a redesigned headlight, and a new instrument console. The bike is available in two variants: Trail and Force. The Trail Variant features spoked wheels and tube tyres.

Force Variant is equipped with alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. The engine is powered by a 443cc air and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine. It produces 25.4 PS of power and 34 Nm of torque, an increase of 1.1 PS and 2 Nm compared to the previous model. It comes with a 6-speed transmission.

The bikes have an LED headlight, a larger fuel tank, a new seat design, and a modified tail section for a sleeker appearance; a USB charging port; a Tripper navigation pod; round rear-view mirrors, and a new single-piece seat enhanced suspension system with 41mm telescopic forks (190 mm travel) at the front and a mono-shock setup (180 mm travel) at the rear, Braking 300 mm front disc and 240 mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS.
