Dhubri: Sapatgram College was accredited B++ Grade with a CGPA of 2.81 in the 3rd Cycle of NAAC Accreditation, following a virtual assessment conducted by the NAAC Peer Team and result of which was declared recently.
With this achievement, Sapatgram College now stands as the second-highest NAAC-rated institution in Dhubri district, trailing only behind B.N. College, Dhubri, which holds an A+ Grade.
The NAAC Peer Team lauded the coordinated efforts of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and commended the institution’s consistent commitment to quality enhancement.
Academic Circle opined that this success is largely attributed to the dynamic leadership of Principal Dr. Rajeshwar Prasad Singh and the dedicated efforts of Dr. Jogomaya Paul, IQAC Coordinator along with his supportive staffs.
It was praised by the Peer Team - SKill Hub, Incubation Centre, Mushroom Cultivation Centre, Fully Automated Library, Gymnasium, Labs, Auditorium, Yoga Centre, Indoor Stadium, Guest House, Smart Classrooms, Museums, a Language Lab, and a range of innovative Wall Magazines like ‘Phronesis’. The Peer Team gave special appreciation to the college’s student engagement initiatives, NSS activities, and infrastructural growth. This recognition marks a significant milestone in the college’s journey toward academic excellence and holistic development.
The improvement from a B Grade (CGPA 2.52) in the previous cycle to B++ in this cycle is not just a numerical upgrade—it is a testament to the institution’s collective vision, resilience, and hard work, academic circle further opined.
