Barber shops, beauty parlours allowed to open in Dibrugarh district

DIBRUGARH: The Additional District Magistrate, Ranjit Konwar, by an order issued on June 2, has permitted opening of barber shops and beauty parlors in the district with a set of directives enshrined by Assam State Disaster Management Authority, as a prevention measure against spread of COVID-19. The order has placed restriction to all other activities except hair cutting and dressing during opening hours. Wearing of masks and hand gloves and frequent sanitization of business premises are mandatory. In another order , ADM Konwar, as per latest directives issued by Additional Excise Commissioner on June 1 regarding COVID 19, has allowed opening of IMFL and country spirit shops in the district from10 am to 8 pm.
