BARPETA: Barpeta district administration has complete preparations to quarantine all the people coming back home from other States. Total six quarantine centres are ready in BH College, Howly, Barnagar College, Sarbhog, Barnagar Girls' High School, Sarbhog, MC College auditorium hall, Barpeta, ITI, Barpeta and Titka Mini ITI. The six centres have capacity for 460 people. If needed, the number of beds can be increased up to 1,000, said DIPRO Bikash Sarma. A review meeting was held at the Deputy Commissioner's conference hall, Barpeta where Deputy Commissioner Munindra Sarma reviewed the work at quarantine centres.
