DOOMDOOMA,: Sensation prevailed when two motorbike-borne masked dacoits intercepted Mridul Dutta, secretary of Bordubi Gaon Panchayat (GP), near Raj Resort, Lachit Nagar, Rupaisiding, while returning from office in his motorcycle on Wednesday evening. The dacoits snatched away his mobile phone, money bag and the bag containing office keys, pen drives, cash Rs 5,000 and some of his personal and important official documents. In the meanwhile, an FIR was lodged at Doomdooma Police Station. However, till the filing of this report no arrest had been made although vigorous police investigation is on.
